About Avery Kelly
On my website, www.averykellyart.com, you can view available originals: paintings and linocuts. There you may also sign up to be added to my contact list for news and notifications of new work. I also enjoy working on commission. Living in Texas, Avery creates work that centers on the beauty and energy of the natural world. Working in relief printmaking and painting, she strives to convey a sense of joy and mystery, to depict the dynamism and vibrant vitality of the landscape and the life within it. An interest in the relationships between elements of the landscape, and curiosity about animals and their perceptions, informs her work. She strives to emphasize the personal expression of each bird or animal, and is interested in the animals' engagement with one another, the viewer, and the surrounding environment.
